Information you choose to provide
A quote request may include your name, email, company, garment preferences, quantities, timing, delivery ZIP code, artwork and other details you submit. Please do not include payment card details or other sensitive information in your request.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to communicate with you, prepare quotes and arrange orders. We do not use this form to sign you up for a newsletter or sell your personal information.
Service providers and other websites
Website hosting and email providers may process information needed to operate this site and deliver messages. Quote requests and uploaded artwork are sent through Resend to our Microsoft 365 business mailbox. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions to help prevent spam. Invoice payments are handled separately through the payment services shown on your invoice; this website does not collect card details. The external apparel catalog has its own privacy practices.
Retention and requests
Contact us to ask about the information or artwork associated with your inquiry, request corrections, or request deletion. Order and accounting records may need to be retained for business or legal requirements. We retain approved logos and digitized embroidery files for future orders unless you request deletion. Contact info@sieverstitch.com to request deletion of retained artwork.

No advertising trackers, analytics tools or newsletter integrations have been added to this version. Hosting and private-preview access may use technical logs or essential cookies to operate securely.
